Here at Bison IBI, we appreciate your order and your support for Canadian product! A final quality check is performed by hand to ensure that our products are packaged to your specification and quality standards. If there is an issue with the order and delivery, please contact us immediately and we will gladly look into it. (Note, reusable mask colour combinations are pre-determined in-house and not available for individual selection.)
Payment
Payment is received on our website via VISA, Mastercard, or Discover Card. PayPal Canada is our payment processor, however you do not need to have a PayPal account to process payment. Simply choose the credit card method.
When processing your payment, you will be directed to a PayPal screen. Once your order is complete, you will be returned to our website.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax and shipping fees are applied upon check out.
Packaging Information
Our standard production/packaging time varies by product, but if the product is in stock, packaging time is usually 3-5 business days. If you need quicker times we are willing to work with you to meet your deadline.
Shipping:
We use a variety of companies, including Canada Post and others, to ship our product and will determine the best method based on your location. We also use local companies for quick deliveries within Edmonton and surrounding areas. The cost of shipping is processed at the time of purchase on our website.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sanitary nature of these items, refunds and returns are not available. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please reach out to our customer service team at sales@bisonibi.ca.
